GET RACE READY
Are you ready to test your limits and experience the intensity of a real Hyrox race — without leaving your city? Join us at Athletic Form for our exclusive Hyrox Sim Event, designed to replicate the official race format with the same stations, distances, and energy you’ll find on competition day. Whether you're training for your first Hyrox or looking to sharpen your race strategy, this is your chance to put your preparation to the test in a high-energy, community-driven environment.
Our certified coaches and Hyrox veterans will be on-site to guide you through the format, pacing strategies, and transitions, so you can move with confidence and precision. Expect pro-level organization, live timing, and the supportive, driven atmosphere that defines every Athletic Form event. Spots are limited — register now and see how your training stacks up before race day!
Here’s a quick race breakdown: you’ll be alternating 1 km runs with eight functional workout stations (ski‑erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer’s carry, sandbag lunges, and wall‑balls) in the same order used by HYROX events.
After you cross the finish line, stick around for our vendor village with gear, recovery tools and local fitness brands, plus prize awards for the winners in each category (singles, doubles). It’s the perfect blend of competition, community, and fun— see you at the start line!

Bring what you’d wear for a race: comfortable athletic gear, good running shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. If you use grips or gloves for sled work or farmer’s carries, feel free to bring them. This event will take place both indoors and outdoors, so check the Seattle weather forecast! Most importantly, bring a positive attitude and be ready to work hard and have fun!
-
Nope! Our events are open to everyone—members and non-members alike. We love welcoming new faces to our community.
