    Robel took his passion for pro sports, health, and overall wellness launching Athletic Form in 2013. His creative approach to functional training has made him one of the most recognized trainers in the industry. His ability to integrate stability and performance in the programs he designs for his clients and the community ensures their efficiency and success. His other training focuses revolve around designing injury-preventative, functional workouts.

    As a first-generation Eritrean man and now father, Robel continues to focus on creating a safe space for athletes and everyone in this community to be treated with respect, integrity, and care. His philosophy stems from a quote by Muhammad Ali, "Service is the rent you pay for your room here on Earth."

    Mary is a NASM-CPT personal trainer and currently pursuing her degree in Kinesiology + Nutrition. She has the ability to tailor programs specifically to the goals and needs of the client, particularly former believes that even if you have never played a sport you can all tap into your inner athlete. Fitness has transformed her life mentally, emotionally, and physically and she wants to share that confidence, self-love, and power with each of her clients and this community.

    Phillip has been coaching for 16 years, working in the fitness industry for 15 and specializing in strength and conditioning for the last 10. Through coaching (sports and fitness) Phillip has worked with people ages 3-75 with a wide range of skill sets and abilities. In Phillip’s words “I believe that everyone is an athlete and my goal is to make people better at whatever their sport may be. It could be getting faster and stronger for soccer, it could be working 8 hours pain free”. His ideal client is someone who is goal oriented, “People often think the ideal client is a professional athlete but the most fun client to work with is someone who wants to achieve a goal, whether it’s squatting 500lbs or standing up from a chair without assistance, helping someone accomplish their goals is the greatest thing to see as a trainer”. Phillip is certified through USAW, CSCS, and studied Kinesiology and Strength & Conditioning at Washington State University.

    Nathan, also known as Nate, has a wealth of knowledge and experience under his belt. He has his B.S. in Exercise Science, Masters in Sport Science & Rehabilitation, USA Weightlifting Coach( USAW L1, Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC) and so much more! As a coach he thrives in the unknown variables that can present itself when training individuals and groups. He views programming as an opportunity to curate workout regimes from a scientific perspective to protect and support his clients and students. He has coached numerous clients who have recovered from shoulder surgeries, hip replacements, knee replacements, cancer, etc. and he’d say that this is where he feels the most accomplished because seeing their progress over time is special.

  • Coach & Personal Trainer | Ethiopia / New York

    Muna is originally from Ethiopia but grew up on the east coast and in north Seattle. Upon her arrival to the United States, she leaned into soccer and other sports as an opportunity to cope and connect. She prides herself in building rapport and cultivating community as a trainer. Muna is an advocate for examining imbalances in the body and leveraging that information to create a program for progression. Muna is an AAAI/ISAM master personal trainer, Corrective Exercises coach, NASM nutrition certified coach, Youth soccer coach, ACSM/NCHPAD & Certified stretchologist.

    Tyler Hutchison is an NASM certified personal trainer and certified performance and movement specialist. Tyler’s goal is to help people move without limitations. Born and raised in West Seattle, Tyler grew up playing baseball and basketball and continued to play baseball while enrolled at Edmonds CC.

    Over his career, he has worked with athletes of many sports as well as individuals of all levels and ages. His main priority as a trainer at Athletic Form is to customize programs for his clients to move better, feel better, prevent injury and most importantly have fun in the process.

    Colin grew up loving movement and sports. Colin has served as the Head of Sports Performance at his alma-mater Ballard High School for all sports for the past 4 years. He also coaches football in the fall. Certifications include CSCS & USAW. Colin loves to share knowledge of fundamental movements and the intricacies involved in squating, hinging, pushing, pulling and lunging.
